Dunkin' Trials Free Iced Coffee
On Thursday, consumers can sample Berry Berry Iced Coffee at Dunkin' Donut locations form 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company expects to give away more than four million beverages that day.
The event coincides with Dunkin' Donuts new advertising campaign launched last week, which focuses on the power of iced coffee to help with morning cleanup after an all-night party.
A voiceover urges consumers to stop by Dunkin' Donuts on May 15 to get a free iced coffee. Other campaign support includes radio, online and in-store point- of-purchase advertising.
On May 15 McDonald's also is offering free Southern Style Chicken Biscuits in the morning and Southern Style Chicken Sandwiches later in the day.
