Pork Loin Back Ribs

The Broaster Company’s Broaster Recipe Foods group now offers Broaster Recipe Pork Loin Back Ribs with BBQ Sauce, representing the company’s first fully cooked product. Broaster calls the ribs, which are individually quick-frozen and conveniently packed in two 5-pound pouches per case, a restaurant-quality product. Foodservice operators can simply heat and serve in a microwave, convection oven or conventional oven.
